Where exactly is DO Copenhagen held?
The event will be hosted at Skandinavisk’s secret courtyard in central Copenhagen.
The full address is, Skandinavisk SR ApS, Ny Vestergade 7 B, 1471 Copenhagen K, Denmark. Or type believer.prom.identify into what3words.
Is accommodation provided?
We will provide learning, sensory sessions, food and wine, but you will need to find your own accommodation. We will connect you with eco-friendly local hotel partners in the city who cater for all visitor budgets with preferential rates.
How do I get there?
Copenhagen airport is a convenient 12-minute metro ride from the city. There are also budget flights to Malmö airport, Sweden, connected by bus and train to Copenhagen. Street parking for electric cars is free in Copenhagen, but spaces are limited. Parking fees for non-electric cars can be high. We recommend travelling by public tansport if possible. The closest train, metro and S train station to Skandinavisk is Copenhagen central station, a 13-minute walk away.
When do I need to arrive?
You should aim to arrive at Skandinavisk between 6pm and 8pm on Friday 9 June, for registration and a light meal. Registration reopens from 8am on Saturday morning. The full programme of speakers and sessions starts on Saturday 10 June at 9am.
What will I eat?
Expect sustainable, local food and drink inspired by the flavours and produce of Scandinavia. Vegetarian and vegan options will be available.
Will there be time to explore Copenhagen?
Not much during the event. The event takes place just after 3 Days of Design, the city’s premier design event running 7-9 June, and pairs well with it for anyone able to visit Copenhagen beforehand. DO Copenhagen will conclude on Sunday afternoon around 2 pm after a leisurely lunch, leaving a little time for personal exploration.
How much does it cost?
Ticket prices will be announced in January via our newsletter.
