These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website. By accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.
If you do not agree to these terms and conditions we respectfully ask that you please do not use or access this website.
Before you place an order, if you have any questions relating to these terms and conditions please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org leaving your contact details. We promise to respond within 24 business hours.
Your order will be dispatched within 24 business hours from payment being cleared unless otherwise agreed. If an item is momentarily out of stock and delivery times a little longer we will inform you via email.
We very much hope you will enjoy our products, but we will refund any product you are not happy with – provided it has not been used and is returned in its original condition (including packaging) within 14 days of receipt together with a note explaining the reason for the return. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on it. Please contact us at email@example.com so we can provide you with the return address. We advise you to ask for proof of postage from the post office for your returned item as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights. Please note that we do not cover return expenses.
If a product you have received from us is damaged please inform us within 24 hours of delivery at firstname.lastname@example.org. In the case of damaged or faulty goods, please email images of the item as evidence. We will reimburse you in full for the cost of the damaged item if the damage directly affects the performance and the aesthetic of the item. For superficial damage in transit, or product performance issues after extended use, we will review on a case by case basis and compensate fairly.
Products bought elsewhere
Skandinavisk products can be found in many good retailers around the world. If you have purchased your Skandinavisk product from one of these retailers, and you are not satisfied with it or it is damaged, then you must return it to that retailer to claim a refund or replacement. We are unable to process refunds or replacements on behalf of other retailers.
Payments are processed through Stripe, Quickpay and PayPal. All major debit and credit cards are accepted including Dankort, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Delta, Forbrugsforeningen, JCB and Diners.
Retail prices on the website are inclusive of Danish VAT for EU countries and exclude VAT for non-EU countries.
When starting a Skandinavisk subscription, you agree to be billed in a recurring fashion on a per-order basis until your subscription is a) canceled or b) paused. If paused, the subscription will remain paused until the requested resume date or if a resume date is not specified, the subscription will remain paused indefinitely. Your subscription may be cancelled at any time via our website, through the phone, or via email communication with our customer support team at email@example.com. If cancelling via phone or email, please contact us at least 72 hours before the date you are scheduled to be charged next. You will be charged the same amount for each order this is generated from your subscription unless configuration changes are made to the subscription, or you cancel and then resume that subscription. The term of your subscription is continuous.
