Wash: wet your skin before applying a small amount of wash, lather well and apply on your hands or over your body, rinse with clean running water
Lotion: apply a small amount to your body or hands and massage into the skin
Shampoo: gently massage into wet hair and rinse thoroughly
Conditioner: apply to wet hair after shampooing and leave for 1-3 minutes before rinsing
Hand cream: Apply a small amount to the back of the hand and massage into the skin
